A building model built from the address.

Evoa builds a site and building model from public data such as parcels, building footprints, LiDAR and weather, then calibrates it against the utility bills you upload.

What it does

• Pulls parcel, footprint, LiDAR and weather data for the address
• Calibrates the model with a year of utility bills
• Sets the starting loads every trade designs against
• Updates the whole model when one input changes

Evoa Systems is in development. This module is being designed now and is not released.
