The Omni Scanner, coming soon
Measured inputs, not estimates.
The Omni Scanner is our site inspection tool. One guided walkthrough of a building captures the room sizes, envelope defects and electrical capacity behind a multi trade proposal. It is in development.
Get early accessScan each room
A LiDAR phone or tablet captures room sizes, ceiling heights, windows and doors. They feed the Site Model and room by room heating and cooling loads.
Find envelope defects
A thermal camera marks insulation gaps and air leaks. It needs a real temperature difference between inside and outside, so in mild weather the app switches to visual prompts.
Read the electrical panel
Photograph the closed panel. EVOA reads the main breaker and open slots, then uses a year of utility usage to judge whether a service upgrade is needed. Nobody opens the panel.
Records you can trace
Every capture is timestamped, location tagged and hashed, so the key numbers in a proposal point back to a photo or a scan.
What to expect
- Phone LiDAR is good for room layout. It is not survey grade, and proposals state the tolerances.
- Code compliance is decided by the local authority and licensed professionals. EVOA checks against stated rules and adds a reviewer sign off step.
- The walkthrough is planned to take 20 to 30 minutes. We will measure that in pilots before we promise it.
