EVOA Systems does not endorse, guarantee or warrant any result the platform produces. That includes designs, system sizes, costs, savings, payments, incentives and payback.

EVOA is in beta and data is limited

EVOA is in beta. Every result is an automated planning estimate built from limited public data and general assumptions, so it may be incomplete, out of date or wrong for your building.

What the data can miss

EVOA reads public records, aerial photos, lidar, weather normals and sample prices. These sources can be old, coarse or missing for a building. Roofs, shading, equipment, utility lines, soils, rates and incentives are approximate, and anything underground is shown as approximate only. Your own bills, site visit and local rules can change every number.

Proposals are a first draft

Proposals are produced quickly without a person checking every number first. One can misread a bill, pick the wrong building or apply the wrong assumption. Treat any proposal as a first draft to question, not a recommendation.

Verify before you act

A result is not engineering, legal, tax or financial advice. Have a licensed engineer or contractor verify anything before you rely on it or spend money on it.

No obligation

A free proposal creates no agreement between you and EVOA Systems, and you are under no obligation to use it. Decisions you make based on a result are your own.
