Get in early on how commercial buildings buy energy.
Commercial owners overpay because every energy quote covers one system and no one compares them all. EVOA fixes that, and it is built to earn on every signed project through partner plans and a 4% win fee. Join our first investors at the pre-seed stage.

Executive summary
EVOA Systems is the EnergySage for commercial buildings. Owners get a free whole-building energy plan covering solar, batteries, geothermal, HVAC, building envelope and EV charging. Vetted companies bid on the same scope, and they pay EVOA a monthly plan plus a fee only when they win signed work.
The problem
Commercial owners get one quote at a time, from companies that sell one system. No one compares every option against the real bill, so owners do not know what to do, what to trust, or who can do it.
What EVOA does
EVOA sizes every system together from the building's bills and site, has each trade designed on industry software, and combines it into one proposal with cost, return and a loan payment set to stay under the savings. Then vetted companies bid.
Why partners join
Qualified projects arrive screened for payback with the design already done. Partners bid on their trade only, at their own price, and pay the project fee only when they win.
How it works
- 01
Owner connects
Shares an address and consent to pull utility data.
- 02
EVOA sizes
Uses bill, building and site data to size each trade.
- 03
Software partners design
Each trade's design and estimate on industry tools.
- 04
EVOA combines
One proposal and bid packet.
- 05
Owner asks for bids
Sees the free proposal, then sends it out.
- 06
Vetted companies bid
Everyone prices the same packet.
- 07
Select, sign, build
The winner inspects, confirms and builds. The win fee is due at signing.
Business model
Owners never pay. Partners pay a monthly plan and a win fee only on signed work. Wins are verified through EVOA signing records, owner check ins, permit searches and audit rights.

Market and status
Starting in Western New York with commercial property owners, investors and developers who want a lower monthly energy bill. Partners are companies in the six trades, with contract designers and industry software doing the design work.
EVOA is in development. All figures are planning numbers from EVOA's internal model, not a forecast, and pricing and the win fee have not yet been tested with partners. Nothing here is an offer to sell securities.
Letter of intent
Tell us roughly how much you would be interested in investing when the round opens. This is not a commitment.
The Panasci and NYBPC grants are planned funding and count toward the total only once awarded. The tracker counts letters of intent only after EVOA confirms them, and they remain non-binding. Questions: hello@evoasystems.com
